We don't sell AI.
We build it into your business.
Groath exists because we saw the same problem everywhere: companies buying AI tools that collect dust, hiring consultants who deliver reports and leave, and trying to figure out implementation alone. There had to be a better way.
Everyone's talking about AI.
Almost nobody's making it work.
The AI industry has a dirty secret: most AI projects fail. Not because the technology doesn't work, but because nobody sticks around long enough to make it fit the business. Consultants scope the project, deliver a roadmap, and move on to the next client. Tool vendors sell a platform and leave your team to figure out the implementation.
The result? Companies spend $50K–$500K on AI initiatives that go nowhere. The strategy deck sits in a shared drive. The tool gets used for a month and abandoned. The team goes back to doing things the old way. We started Groath because we believe AI only works when someone is willing to embed in your business, learn your operations deeply, build the systems alongside your team, and stay to make sure everything keeps working as your business evolves.
Three phases.
One partnership.
Deep Discovery
Weeks 1–3We don't start with technology. We start with your business. We map your operations end to end — how work actually flows, where time gets wasted, where money leaks, what your team does repeatedly that a system should handle. This isn't a survey or a workshop. It's immersion. We talk to your people, watch your processes, and understand your edge cases. By the end, we know your business well enough to identify exactly where AI creates the most leverage.
Prioritized Roadmap
Weeks 3–5We build the AI roadmap together. Every use case is prioritized by ROI, feasibility, and dependencies. You see projected impact before a single line of code is written. No guessing, no hype — just a clear plan with timelines, costs, and expected returns. You approve the roadmap. We execute it.
Build, Scale & Stay
Months 2–18+This is where we're different. We don't hand off a plan and wish you luck. We implement alongside your team, in your actual business, with your actual data. Automations go live. Processes improve. And we stay — because AI systems aren't static. Models improve, your business changes, new opportunities emerge. A partner who disappears after implementation leaves you with a system that starts decaying the moment they leave. We don't disappear.
Operating principles,
not corporate values.
Implementation over strategy
Strategy is 10% of the work. The other 90% is building, testing, fixing, and iterating. We spend our time where the value actually lives.
Stay and scale, don't build and leave
AI systems get better over time when someone is paying attention. We stay embedded because that's when the real value compounds.
Your data stays yours
We build within your infrastructure. Your data is never used to train models, shared with third parties, or stored outside your approved environments. Period.
Honest about what AI can't do
We'll tell you when a process isn't right for automation. We'd rather lose a project than waste your money on something that won't work. That's how trust is built.
Three founders who've built
companies from scratch.
We've each built our own companies. Now we've joined forces to build the next generation of AI-powered businesses — starting with yours.
Rodrigo Ortiz
Serial founder who has built and scaled startups across AI, SaaS, and digital products. Rodrigo is obsessed with turning complex technology into business leverage. He leads client strategy, defines the AI roadmap for each engagement, and makes sure every automation we build solves a real problem worth solving.
Chetan Mahajan
Engineering leader with deep experience shipping production AI systems. From MVPs to enterprise-scale platforms, Chetan has built the technical foundations that turn AI concepts into reliable, scalable business infrastructure. He leads all architecture decisions and ensures every system we build is production-ready from day one.
Andres Iriarte
Operations architect who has scaled teams and processes across multiple ventures. Andres turns messy growth into repeatable systems. He manages client relationships, coordinates cross-functional delivery, and makes sure every engagement runs on time and on budget. When a project is at risk, he's the one who finds the path forward.
